This pair of 18th century Italian walnut chairs are well constructed and have been fully restored, and strengthened including the velveteen upholstered seats, which have the original horse hair foundation, cushioned with new batting. Wooden corner blocks have been added, on the interior They are comfortable, the back, gently curved, the carved, design, intricate, yet strong. The wood is well patinated.
